WP-robot rips good contents from numerous websites. Unfortunately there are always hyperlink urls in the content.

Is there a plugin that "un-hyperlinks" them?
So basically the URL is still there but it's unclickable.

No plugin AFAIK, it's about parsing the post. WP will parse all the links by default, you need to recode it manually to unparse the links.
