as long as they are uniques -- In fact i would like to talk with the person you will be buying traffic from if you dont mind sharing

Im not sure if it will convert but it would be good to lower your cr if its to high

and i guess i'll buy traffic from a guy here on bhw , who is selling his traffic for 3$ for 2500 uv or something like that .

I suggest you focus on developing some reputation with your CPA co and aff. manager. then once they trust you more you can get a little dirty.
If you are a newbie there they are all over you, if you start to send crappy traffic Overnight to easy converting offers you, yourself are rising a nice red flag on your butt, asking them to kick you in fact.

I always go and make 2-3 nice sites with blogs then I call / email them and ask for suggestions ad reviews once they are fine usually they are then I say I will launch some campaigns and send the tracking pixels to them for better conversions control. - Only then once I have all set white hat and have their minds in peace, I start some BH tricks combined with some adbrite or ppc clicks as well.

It is a business not a hobby, right?

I have spoken to him, I was going to use his traffic. But it wont take redirect traffic.

I sell traffic if your interested. Both junk traffic and good.

in my opnion there is no magic. probably is junk traffic, iframe, bot...
