    Default Nigerian Scammer Cash

Ok so we all get those Mr Whowannascamme has died and deposited $10000000 under your name can you please send us your address emails.

Now personally i must get over 100 of these a week, now think of it this way have a pre made scammer.txt that says something along the lines of

Hey oh my god i cant believe how lucky i am to be getting this money im so excited please send to my bank heres the information.

    Fake name
    Fake Bank number
    Fake everything

Then say but for you do be able to send money you need to pay some admin fee and could they fill out 5 offers for you before you send the cash (something like this) just so you can afford to switch your account to international "BULLSHIT YOUR WAY"

Now have a list of a few international one field submits or something that pays for free signups even a dating site.
You name it these scammers will go and do pretty much anything possible to scam you, this includes filling out forms for you.

Again you could use something like GODcpa to spoof a page.

MYNAME Personal Accounting page, please enter the amount you wish to recieve and fill in your email address so we can process your request.

harroaccounting.com/request.php (you could make your own and go hunting these scammers) even if they didnt mail you, theres forums that report them and you can just mail them anyway since they mass mail they will think you where one of those

    Anyway just an idea.

Yeah I did something similar about 6 or so months ago, promised I would give him anything he wanted if he filled in a credit score, he took the bait eventually but after too much haggling, that's why I only did it once

Yeh but if you make it more believable and like davejugaccounting.com/request/

And GODcpa to hide the real offer they will bait it easy with a good original story.

(P.S i know i wrote nigerian scam and this is not intended as racist they are just the biggest country for these scams, and that DOES NOT MEAN ALL NIGERIANS ARE SCAMMERS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT)

Yeah it's a plan, I only get about two a week myself, usually just add their details to a list of spam offers I have, kind of returning the favour. Would definitely be worth a look into this, these people are knocking on your door asking for money, a lot more susceptible to blackhatting than someone you have had no prior contact with

    ROTFL!

Harro, that's a GREAT IDEA! I think that provides a cool project for BHW members to pursue.

I'm afraid that I won't have the time to participate because I was recently contacted by an American military member in Iraq who located some of Saddam Hussein's gold, and he needs me to...anyways, once I have the gold, I'll get involved in grifting the other International con artists.

I once tried something along the lines of this with a different CPA company. It didn't profit as well as I would have thought, so I tried a different approach. I started a blog detailing my correspondence and letters back and forth with these scammers. This blog could have been a resource, or it could have been a funny kind of "look what they say" type blog. Whatever the case, I lost interest and it is now defunct. I'm sharing this because there may be someone somewhere on this forum who can see potential in this idea.

    Great share, again, HaRRo.

    Sincerely,
    FreeTheTV

Last year when we were looking for a place to rent half the ads on CL were scams.

Maybe you could change this up and contact them about the rental, and then when they say "wire the money" or whatever scam BS...tell them that you really need to get moved in this weekend, and have everything ready to be wired...BUT they need to complete an offer or whatever just so you can make sure they are a "real person" or some bullshit.

I had fun messing with several people trying to scam me over houses...they beg and plead and swear up and down they are legit. This is a way to get them to prove it so to speak.

JUST discovered this thread. I apologize for raising it from the dead, but I have to say a few things:

    1. WOW! This is absolutely amazing. I've been "scambaiting" Nigerian Scammers for about three years now, and I've NEVER once thought to implement anything like this on them. I'm going to definitely implement this method!

    2. Definitely check out TheScamBaiter.com as well as 419Eater.com for stories of users having fun with Nigerian Scammers. The admin of TheScamBaiter has been able to convince them to pay thousands upfront in legitimate cash for freight shipments that were weighted down with literally bricks and destroyed equipment such as butchered monitors, washing machines, and trash cans. One of his biggest accomplishments has to be convincing a Nigerian Scammer that, in order to sell his fake laptops, he has to hang a laptop from his *balls* and photograph it while holding two sticks of fire on top of a chair. It's absolutely crazy what lengths these people will go through if they're convinced that you're a gullible victim.

Once I replied to one of these guys with something like

"No thanks, I get this similar email about 20 times a day...but I DO have an idea that might make your life a little easier: Pay me $5,000 and I will write a 419 letter that will
    1) be legible
    2) be more believable
    3) make you look like you are a real heir to a king, instead of a desperate guy who lives in a shack.
    4) show you how to spoof your email so that it looks like it came from a legitimate government agency (because most of us are smart enough to know that royalty do not use free yahoo email accounts)

With these improvements, your scam success rate should improve dramatically."

I got no reply. Honestly, I thought it was a fair proposal.

    a nice "reverse whammy" idea!
I often do something similar with phone solicitor/spammers.

I tell them I am interested, but they have to help me first...some actually start to jump thru my hoops instead of me jumping through theirs...

Actually just to be a douche I screwed with one of these guys. I actually posted the conversation here. I had him lowering his interest rate and agreeing that he did in-fact love Jesus http://www.saidsmith.com/2010/02/tor...n-spammer.html

It would... so try not to over do it. Besides, there are very few international offers that accept traffic from Nigeria, and those that do typically pay only a few pennies.

However, there are some of these scammers which are based in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands, so these could be better.

However, beware of one thing... if you make them do credit card offers... then there is a 99.9998% chance that they are using a stolen/phished card.

I get so many of these in my e-mail and I've been thinking of ways to screw them back over for so long. Good to read this thread. Will definitely try something soon.

I gotta say..... this is pwnage of cosmic proportions. I just read through 3 pages of that thread and will probably need to buy a new keyboard since I spewed soda all over this one a few times from reading those email exchanges.
Amazing what some people will do!

I don't know why I did not think of this. I am pissed at myself for not thinking of this. If you go to 419eater (the best scam baiting site on the web) you will notice a member there named YeaWhatever. Yes, that is me.

For those of you wondering, you can pretty much get these guys to do just about anything. Be warned though, they are impossibly lazy so do not expect fast results.
