Hi I would like to know how can I trust a member.

Are the stars behind his name a good indicator?

Join date, iTrader, journey threads, just check up on what they do around here to make sure they're legitimate.

Some people buy BHW accounts with reputation and what not, I would assume for the sole purpose of scamming. Do your due diligence and if it seems too good to be true, most of the time that's exactly what it is.

I don't think so..
good way if you trace your candidate in google..
find about their Social media, forum related service and others...

Except for buying services listed on the market it would be a great idea not to send large sums of money to people that just ask for it :) Apart from that, see what they do around the forum, if and how they helped and so on.

Just try to do some business with him that doesn't involve big money.

There is NO guaranteed way to identify a scammer or untrustworthy member.

New accounts don't mean people are less trustworthy but as it costs nothing to create an account, you should use caution.
Having said that, I have seen JrVIP's shitlisted for peanuts.

Look at peoples previous posts, not just what they say but the way the say it.
If somebody is claiming to be banking hard then why are they offering to do a $3 job?
Also if they have previously said they are broke, then where did they get the $10000 they want to pay you?

Talk to the person you want to do business with, to get a feel of them.

Do they post regularly? Do your due diligence and check any details they provide.

The first step and MOST IMPORTANT STEP is to use your common sense.

unfortunately, there's no digital parameters that can make sure if you can trust a member. What goes on inside a Human mind, can't be reflected truly by stars/ reps / itraders

Actually you can never trust a member, because he might have sold his account, maybe someone hack his account, you get what I am saying

Send him $100, then say it was a mistake. If he sends back, you can trust him, if not, you just made a man happy.

hahaha, this is a good one, you can always try this with me, I wouldn't mind :)

Do people actually use iTrader? I only find it to be clumsy.

Yeahh and then charge back with your cc company... u hve ur monkey back... smart ^_^

I agree with W130SN - There is no real way of knowing who you can and who you cannot trust. If you notice them becoming impatient or agitated that may be a good sign. As W130SN said, get a feel for them. If you have any doubts, do not do business with them.

Little digital accolades hanging around a fake name is not an indicator at all. Real rep comes by
doing business with great people on here and knowing them just like you would in person. Always be wary
of people touting statistics.
