Hey everyone, the other day I created a website that is like pinterest but for adult pictures, I know, nothing new. However, I managed to get 160+ visitors on the second day and now the third, even more. I was wondering if anyone has any tips to get the users to start posting their own pictures, because at the moment people are looking but no one is making an account or posting pictures.

Are there any special tips or do I just have to keep generating traffic until it starts to happen?

tell them to post pics. and the most votes wins a prize.

this being an adult site, the prize could be a week with 2 thai girls , you can then send the emails on to me and my adult tours and u also make profit there. we do a luck draw on a cpa. lol

maybe don't post all the pictures for everybody, but keep the more exciting ones for registered members only and keep the most exclusive ones to people who post content
you can try making a point system, if they post pictures they earn points, so they can see exclusive pictures

it's just an idea, idk if it will work or not, the net is full of freely available adult content

the contest idea is good. but the main thing imo you should do is post a banner on the page explaining the idea of the page in short detail so people will and can do as you want.

Does your site already have a lot of pictures on it? If not, maybe you should try adding more to appear like a more established site and that will make visitors want to interact more. I actually have the same issue, I have a "meme" sharing site that gets a lot of traffic (from my tumblr acct) but nobody signs up to it either :/ I offered incentives too such as free advertising space and weekly giveaways but hasn't made a difference.
