The Great Indian BHW Meet, Goa, Mid 2013

The Chennai event happened less than a week ago, and I already have people from the northrn parts of India, and from neighboring countries asking me when the next meet would be.

The Chennai meet was organized in less than a month's time, and though everything went quite well, we had a lot less time as it was just a 1 day meet. I would like the next meet to be planned a lot better, so I am putting up the thread like 3 to 6 months in advance.

I wish to propose a proper weekend meetup starting at 12 noon on a Friday, ending at about 4pm on the following Sunday afternoon, on dates between April to June this year. The country's and the world's favorite party spot in India is Goa, and thats the venue I propose.

Please post your ideas and suggestions here. Please watch this closely for developments. I hope to bring every single BHWer in India and many more from other parts of the world to the meet and make everyone a part of a highly diversified IM conglomerate.

Will start taking votes for locations now.

Chennai Meet was awesome but we had so many members who could not make it because of time and proximity constraints. Goa is an awesome venue, especially if the meet is going to be for three days....Looking forward to meet many more IM superstars from India (and abroad too) in this meet. PA...I knew you'd start another meet soon....:) Yea....Meet Up Mod...nice idea....has a nice ring to it too....!
 
I am from Goa so I will help PA with this. Maybe everyone can start telling me what are the requirements. Also PA can you also list the agenda of the meeting, like what programs will happen at what time and duration. This way we would be able to cover a lot of it during those 3 days.

Chennai Meetup was a great success.. And I know whoever attended that meetup would agree to it and wont miss the Next Meet up.. This gonna be in a bigger level

I am in .. :) And Goa ? :D The Perfect Party Destination
PA is a perfect Event Organiser ...
+1 to make him the Meetup Mod :)
 
I wanted to attend the meet in Chennai but it was only for a day and to travel from North to South just for a day was not viable but 3 days meet up in Goa is awesome idea. Discussing business at Goa beech with chilled beer and babes sounds fun. I am up for this. :)
 
My mind tempting me to attend this party oh sorry meet up lol :D

My attendance would be a 50-50 chance but this time will try to attend specially for PA

Here are some suggestions to make this meet up more professional

* Bigbuddy our trump card in all meet ups here again so need him for sure so get his free dates

* This time more meet up organizers needed from north since goa

* A meet up should not end up in just meeting each other in goa and partying we need more lecture so guys be prepared if you are to give lecture in the meet up you can register your name along with the topic to meet up organizers (I am exception to this rofl)

*Accomodation wont be a big issue we can book hotels/meet up places online after finalizing the number of members attending the meet up before one or two weeks

* Meet up is open to all BHW members

* Trying something new we can print t-shirts with BHW logo in front and our BHW username at the back can discuss more about colors and sizes :D

* so party will be at nights but not hard since we will have lectures the next day too :D

* I wish this time we could have a charity named BHW charity collect funds from members who attends the meet up and giveaway to the needy in the good name of BHW (may be 1$ or more but we should do it together in the name of BHW charity) - IMO

* Apart from lectures we should have time to success stories and tips on how to succeed in both real life and IM.

* So guys as said above we can discuss the lecture topics to be delivered in the meet up i hope many are dare to speak infront of all so set the topic right and reserve your spot (prefarably in english)

* Each one who attends the meet up should be rewarded with some gifts (funds can be collected for this as well) this can also be discussed

* And finally we all can take sun bath in front of sea haha :D
