just do it yourself, its not hard to photoshop some docs. or even go out on a limb and actually get your real docs scanned in

If you haven't created your account yet, you will have to create it and make a small payment to paypal. That will take few days. Once that's done you are ready to go.
You shouldn't have any problems untill you reach the 2500 euroes(at least in my case) transfer through your account within a year. If you reach it all you have to do is provide ID scan and copy of your phone agreement and they will lift your limitation within 24 hours(mine was lifted less then 3 hours after I presented the documents).

MY country isn't accepted yet lol. That's why I wanted a VCC
