I cant believe how buggy a popular software like this is. and you would think since it's not free, you would get customer service, but no.

Well, right now I am trying to sign up for a skype number. I have selected the number and selected paypal as my payment method. it says click Next to be redirected to paypal. so I click Next, and it says payment failed. your paypal account might be restricted.
It never redirects to paypal, it never asks for paypal password. It just says payment failed.

I have been having other problems, like earlier today, I was trying to get a number in a certain area, and the area was not listed in the drop down menu.. but now, it is listed.

more problems that I dont feel like writing about. I will be using the skype number for business and I am not sure if I can trust them when their payment page doesn't work.

anyway, my question: does anyone know what's going on? I really need to buy a skype number. why is it not redirecting to paypal?
