Well I was looking for some online courses about different subjects, to enhance my curriculum knowledge, but I dunno a good place that gives you course certifications and are recognized.

I tried something like "free course certification" on google, and found something like:

masterclassmanagement (you know what comes after that :P )

alison (you know what comes after that :P )

But its like I feel that they lack of something... I will appreciate your help

google coursera, they have free courses and they are really good.

Great, but I need other ones too, is there any other good one, I will take some few courses from coursera BTW

Free Online Courses from Berkeley, MIT, and Harvard - Certificate Earned on Completion

Who can take edX courses? Will there be an admissions process?

EdX will be available to anyone in the world with an internet connection, and in general, there will not be an admissions process.

Just google edx. I hope that helps!

ed2go might be of help

Seems pretty good way to have courses but seems to be a lil expensive... but seems to be top noch site :)... is there a outstanding "open source" option?

I will look into it... sounds promising..

If you just want to increase your knowledge base (no need of certification), I recommend OCW (Open Courseware)

I personalyl prefer MIT, but there are others if you just look-up OCW.

Code:
http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm
<-- MIT OCW site

Code:
http://www.ocwconsortium.org/

Highly recommend doing Business Course or Cross-Discipline Courses as they generally teach you fundamental translatable skills in which you can succeed when applied correctly. Good courses to learn such skills would be Product Development, Social Sciences (like Marketing or Economics) etc.

ocwconsortium : Amazing but QUITE QUITE expensive memberships

ocw mit edx simple, easy, with some courses to take into consideration....

EDIT: Hoping to see more recommendations, there is always good to have a good stack of options...
