Idiots On Fiverr ?

Hello guys ! I have a question for you regarding some buyers from fiverr. But first.... I have in my account a gig offering a Social Bookmarking Service. In the details to complete the order I have the next requirements:

- Keywords
- Url
-Description ( Minim 20 Words )

The problem is at description . Until now More than 70% buyers gave me a 5 or 10 words description instead of 20 (the request made by me) . Wtf ?

Are the buyers that idiots ? They can't read ?

Yes, they cant read. They do not even read the gig description...what about the instruction page. Many buyers cancel their orders: "So you offer backlinks? Damn i tought your gig offer traffic/video creation (because they like my promo video)...".

Just add the request in CAPS and make sure you tell them that if they do not know how many words they have to add them in word-pc or pages-mac and it tells you at the bottom how many words you typed, I would add that the order will be cancel if they do not provide the information requested. I have over 200 orders that I've cancel cause the buyer is a pain in the ass or does not follow my directions. I just send my request to fiverr support and explain the details and they cancel the order and it does not affect my rating.
