Need your honest opinion about Estonia.

I just missed pretty ok deal because I am from Estonia :o

I am really curious to know about your honest opinion - what's your first thoughts when you hear about a country like Estonia or you never heard about that kind of country?

The first thing that comes to my mind is a great country with lots of potential(especially for real estate investments) but with very bad public relations.
 
very first thought: it's a post-Soviet state and the northernmost of the Baltics

second thought: lots of drunken Finns in Tallinn on the weekends :), they came by big ferries mainly because of 2 reasons: cheap drinks and they can't buy alcohol after 21:00 in any stores in their home country

i graduated in Geography, we were taught a lot of things, but i hardly can evoke anything else :)

Knowing where to buy cheap alcohol is more important then knowing the capitals of the world.
 
You lost a deal because your from estonia? Kinda harsh that.

I wouldn't think just because your from estonia, problems would happen in a deal.

Well it's the other participant's lost over the deal.
 
Awesome place...I do not know why anyone would refuse you for this on a business deal. But could you please point me in the direction of where this threads Bar is? I will take one orange Juice add Vodka please... ;D
 
EPIC COUNTRY.

Visited a few months ago on the booze cruise from Stockholm, went way out into the country onto an off coast island for a party then back to Tallin for night three. People are excellent, super friendly, its cheap, everyone in the clubs speaks international level English, if you are single the women are hot, they had internet everywhere I went.

The beer is called Cock, and Suk-U - at least thats how we pronounced them. Oh Suk-U Cream Of Dublin is super tasty. I'm not making that up.

Had an awesome time, love the place, would go back.
 
there's not too much in media about your country so i guess its rather quite place? used to work with one Estonian girl, really lovely person.
