yeah post what you need here. i ran a vbulletin board for 3+years.

okily dokily. Im trying to make a page before the board where they sign up and from there all registrations are manual aprooved. After being aprooved that page is lost and you are on the main board. Basicaly making it private [Whole board]

You can setup so that non of the boards are visible unless a user is signed in (registration required). Then set registrations to manual approval. You can also install a plugin to make it invitation only if you further want to filter who can/cant register.

can u add manual fields in the forms ?

That is a feature thats already included in vbulletin. In the admin panel, under "User Profile Fields".

"User profile fields" that's what shows on reg form right ?

I need a custom sign up form thats what it is, privacy is no worries.
