What is a fast/convenient way to buy LR with cash that you know of? I know that I can use greendot moneypacks to get my money online pretty fast but I can only do that with paypal and since you can chargeback it should be pretty hard to find and exchanger. I have no bank account and a debit card. I think I have a viable process but it has some disadvantages, here it is 1. Buy moneypack($5 charge) 2. Transfer funds to my verified paypal 3. Add it to debit card (Wait a few days) 4. Find a place to buy LR with debit card . Does anyone have experience with this?

Get moneypack, then go to silkroad and buy bitcoins(obviously find the sellers that offer moneypack for bitcoins service) .Then from bitcoins to liberty reserve is a lot easier.
 
Thanks everyone to who posted, I just needed a good path from $ to LR with the least money lost and I see some things that should work here.
 
I have used ez several times exchanging digital currencies directly and never had any problems I recommend useing them.
