Trackbacks always a good thing?

Guys i know nothing about trackbacks! are they always a good thing to have? I'm getting about 20 a day all directed at the same post on my blog, should i just approve them all or mark as spam? ive trashed any that have come from porn sites or completely irrevelvant rubbish.

You're probably on the receiving end of people's Scrapebox blasts. Just ignore them. Why would you want tonnes of spammy outbound links on your page?
