I've been (re)selling physical products on Fiverr and I gotta say, it's not worth much. I was making about $5 of clean profit (compensating for the fees with the shipping) but if even one customer opens a dispute and you gotta refund him, you're set back for 2 orders meaning that you need to make 2 more successful orders in order to return the profits and not be in the loss.
Honestly I wouldn't bother selling physical products. Even if it's something like $2 and you're selling it for $10, you won't have much profits since if your product is mass-produced, there's a good probability that they'll simply do a google search and purchase it elsewhere for less money. If however you're making the products and they're unique, you might have a good shot since production costs are very low and you're monopolizing the market.
