Double bypass burger...only in the USA

noooo...you have to be a rocket scientist to understand that...but doctors aren't so they don't ..

Its the second time this year someone ended up going to emergency after having those huge burgers. Thats a scary place to eat. They said that people over 350 pounds get a free meal! They have shakes called 'butter milk shake' , They even have a burger called 'Quadrupedal Bypass'... They should just have one called 'Funeral in a bun'
