Question about Paypal

Sorry, i couldn't find a section really where my question would fit.

Maybe some of you at one point got the message that Paypal will call you to verify that the phonenumber on account belongs to you when you are about to pay for something.
As they will be calling my friend i need to know if this is some kind of automated message where you just have to pick up and enter a code or something or if this is actually someone who's gonna talk to you and ask you questions about the purchase. If that's the case i want to make sure my friend understands what i was going to buy.

pretty sure its just a code? this is irregular though isnt it..correct me if im wrong, they usually take 2 dollars from your credit card to verify you..then you enter that code and your set

The account is already verified.
I think the problem is that i'm using my friends Paypal account through another ip than her. So Paypal sees 2 ip's being used. Just now i tried to pay for something and got the message Paypal will call you to verify it's your account. That's it.
As i don't want to get in trouble (am i a banned Paypal user and don't want her to get problems with her account) i need to make sure what is gonna happen when that number is called. Is it an automated verification? Is someone gonna talk to her and ask her questions?

1. is it correct your last transaction is ...... cost .....
2. are you change your password frequently.

then they ask to send some ID copy to make sure that account are safe.

Damn, they actually have a human call you? Didn't expect that.
And like i said i'm a banned user and that phone # is not mine so i obviously can't call them myself. Sucks...
