Anyone here focus a lot on e-commerce? read this

I seldom post here but my business is always been in the ecommerce world.

Just wondering if anyone else is the same.

Ecommerce as in dealing with physical products.

I am about to embark on changing the shopping cart system into something more revolutionary. its been too long and too old. nobody seems to innovate much.

Anyone got access to neilson group's commerce report and baymard's report?
i m actively looking for it and i will update you guys if found. but if anyone else have a way to get hold of it at discount or sharing or whatever, let me know

will try to spend more time here to share about ecommerce experience.
