I used a brand new email with no contact when registering in facebook , after a year or two, I have changed that email to my personal email.

When I logged into facebook, I see too many Friend Suggestion from facebook. Almost any body I have contacted and send email in yahoo. Thats so strange I never entered my yahoo password into facebook , so it should has no clue about my contacts, I know if I enter my password to facebook , it will search among my emails to find friend, But I never did that and it still show people from my email contacts. I believe yahoo has some sort of contract with facebook and give away contact list to facebook

Just keep in mind that many of the contacts you have use the friend suggestion feature with their email accounts. Facebook harvests contacts from them, including your email, that's why it associates it with those contacts.
