Maybe they've uploaded a new file but it sounds fine now.

All Paypal needs is an equally strong competitor and all this BS will come to an end.

Every1 i know says PP sucks but they r bound to use it at some or the other way.

Was hoping to bash you to the lowest possible ground after trying it and having still the same issues --- but then I tried opening it in Safari, and behold! It is good quality. Anyone else having issues on Chrome? All my YouTube and such play just fine though...
