Should be interesting if everyone will share the purpose on being rich and have a lot of money.

I want to have money to help my family, bring some better days and also to help other people. Sharing and helping others is unbelievable amazing - that's a good motivation. It's all about helping people. (It's just my opinion).

I don't think "Rich" is the right word, but I want to be wealthy enough to support all of my dreams without having to sit in a cubicble 5 days a week hating every second of it. I want to make enough money to support both my moms and my dads family, perhaps buy a piece of land in my home country, set up a farm and going on a humanetarian mission of my own in which I employ people less furtonate than me and pay them accordingly to be able to support their families. As a individual I don't need to be rich, i'm happy being broke, its just that I want more in life than living in a big city and being taken advantage off.

And this rich you're talking of, for me that would be $5000 after taxes on a monthly basis. Slowly getting there, hard work pays off

my goal is 300 Mil. € and i will get there, no matter what it it takes 5 or 50 yrs.

300 Mil, as in 300000000€? You might want to pinch yourself because I think you might still be asleep and dreaming. If you want to make that in 50 years you should already be making 16K€ on a daily basis right now.

At this moment my concern is to pay huge debts my family currently have.

5K monthly is enough to call myself rich

My aim is get over 1500 a month. I dont set my expectations too high, as long as I have enough to pay the bills and have enough left over to go down the pub each week, and go on holiday once a year Ill be happy.

Reason why I want to be "rich" is because I want to think about something else than IM.

Imagine having enough to last you the rest of your life, that is just a couple of million euro. Then you can be a man of leisure all the time. Spend your time flying ultralight planes, travel constantly, do some sailing, snort some cocaine, paint some pictures and read a lot of books.

My goal is around $15,000/month. Its not much, but for my country is more than enough. Too big money can brings too much stress and i prefer the relax and happy life with no stress. I already have familly, so i dont really need biches and fast cars.

I Just need few grands extra now and then, nothing big but it would enable me to have to special things in my life 3D stuff...

I want to get rich enough to not have to care about whether I ever make another cent. Being free from having to care, yet retaining full independence, is the reason I want to be rich.

I suppose I'd eventually get bored enough to do something other than play games, because there seems to be some infernal instinctual code that causes a desire to be productive in some way or other - but I wouldn't have to worry about whether I made any money at it or not!

I want to be able to do just about whatever I want and create something a business that my kids and grand kids can work at and earn income so that they don't have to want for anything also.

My desire to make money is to allow my family to enjoy life better. My parents have worked hard all their life, without much to show for it, not even a vacation. That would be the first thing I would arrange when I get my big chunk of change.

Beyond that, a nice big BMW is my next aim. Beyond that, a classy girl. Attracting a girl shouldn't ideally require money but the sad truth is that girls are as attracted to security as they are to looks and personality. Your chances of finding someone you want are much better when you have a hefty wallet as a back up.

basically I want to work hard now and build assets to have enough money to spend the rest of my time doing what I want when I want. Which involves a lot of giving back and helping my family.

It all comes down to how you leverage your skills and money.

I view time as the most valuable thing I have and money facilitates what I can do with that time.

30k/mo to start -> 50k/mo -> 100k/mo -> retire from IM.

Yes, I suppose I do want to be "rich," and IM seems to be the only way for someone like me to do that (I'm kind of a loner; "teamwork" has never been my speciality and I quickly get frustrated when people I'm working with are not up to my standards, and I also hate taking orders) My goal right now is to just replace my income from my shitty factory job with income from IM, and then quit that place.

I just don't think that selling 40+ hours a week of your life is the best choice.

I want to have enough that I can put into a high interest saving account and then simply sit there and enjoy the £40k a year I get from interest (which i will use as a "wage").

I want to be rich because I've been doing my own shit financially since i was 11. I've got this far so why stop? It would just be a personal achievement and it means there would never be struggle again. With that said I love struggling because it forces you to take action.

Can I ask where did you realize I'm not working? Keep the topic, mate. This is some good thing to see exactly what you want from life, see what you need to do and and start working. Simple as that.

Might not be original idea but I like the mini retirement idea from the 4 hour work week books. I also lived in Spain for a year so I want to spend like a full year or so just brushing up again on my Spanish.

Other target areas I would like to spend a month at.

Stockholm Sweden (yes to hit on hot blond Swedish chicks, they are very sweet from what I can tell so I might end up never leaving.)

Argentina (Buenos Aires)

Santiago Chile

Australia (not sure if it would be Melbourne or Sydney)

Phillipines
Tokyo
Rio de Janiero

The list goes on. You might recall how it works. You spend a month living in a destination as if you were a native. You of course can see things close by but the idea is to settle in as if you were a native and really experience the culture. Can and would visit places on the way there and back. Would do this at least 3 times a year (each trip is about 8 weeks, two weeks seeing places on the way like a typical tourist, a month at the chosen destination and maybe two weeks of tourist stuff on the way back. Rest and resume normal life for about 2 months and then do it all again in a completely different part of theworld.

I have a regular job but it will be able to run itself similar to IM so I probably need about 7-10K a month from IM to make this happen

I don't see a reason why he can not achieve that? Why should he pinch himself? If you continuously think small you will stay small, many people reached 300 million and much more even, so why not him?

If there is a chance to do it, internet marketing might be one of these areas where a goal like this can be achieved, even by an individual.


PS: 1500 worldwide sales of some product (or multiple) per day, 28 euro profit per sale after taxes, do that 5 years and u got 75 million already. (Don't know why someone like Jesse Wilms can make 500 mil usd bot no one else...? )
