hi, i want to get into making many sites and flip it, i'm lazy on doing the niches, so i went to google and found 2 most searched options: "niche site builder" and "micro niche builder"

I haven't found any comparative data and i want to buy micro niche builder because cost 10 dollars now and i only got 10. So please guys could you tell me your opinions about which one is better? and also please if using this method of niches builder you got the same chances as doing it without it or have any disadvantages.
