What's the learning curve of Scrapebox?

Hello BHW, I'm seeking to buy Scrapebox soon in about 1 or 2 months (when I get money, I'm a teen still haha).
I really want to learn it, but as a teen, I still have school and it's hard to keep up with homework and internet marketing at the same time (trust me, I strive).

So I'd like to ask the more experienced BHW members that own Scrapebox, how hard is the learning curve?
How long did it take until you got the basics of Scrapebox? Believe me, I'm willing to learn. But as I've said, I'm quite busy most of the time.

Also, as a newb (somewhat), which should I buy first: Scrapebox or No Hands SEO? I've read a ton of threads comparing the two software, and Scrapebox continues to win.
But I'd like to know if I should buy NHSEO first, run it almost every day to get a couple comments in, wait 1 or 2 months, and then buy SB,
or if I should buy SB first, learn it (with school in mind..), and then buy NHSEO.

I feel like I will end up buying the two of them since I'm a TINY bit lazy (with a will to learn if that's what makes money).
I will obviously have money later on to buy software which I need.

Thanks for the help :)

Get Scrapebox first. There is so much you can do with the tool and you could probably get started right away with some AA lists found here on BHW, and use more advanced tricks later as you learn. There are a few Scrapebox ebooks that can be found here in the downloads section that are very useful and give various methods on how to scrape URLs for a wide variety of types.

Get Scrapebox and learn about Google footprints and it will become a breeze to use ;).

Thanks for the answers, guys. I'm leaning toward on saving up for SB first, but I'm still thinking of buying NHSEO first to start backlinking and by the time I can afford ScrapeBox, my website will probably be #1 for it's keyword, and my other websites hitting page 1.
Any other thoughts? [:

I'd go with NHS as there's zero learning curve and the support is top-notch, you can't go wrong. I'm not sure if you'll hit #1 only with NHS but I've hit the first page with it.

Well, I've hit the first page already without any tools. I just want to use it to get #1 on my website and on page 1 for my other sites and future sites.
Any more ideas?

Should I buy NHSEO first or ScrapeBox?

Well ... NHS it's maybe more easy to use than SB that's all ... on NHS you just have to set your keywords and the links then everything is done . On SB you have to actually learn and test each and every option over there . Folks done great tutorials about SB over the time in order to help lazy peoples from experiencing .... some of the tutorials are free on download section . Mainly SB is much more advanced with more option to choose from and so on ... From what you say being at start with IM tools I think is better to get NHS at start see how's works for you then move your lazy ass and get more advanced toys to play with .

I don't want to flame, but it seems you didn't read the post all very well. I said I'm willing to learn, I'm just busy as hell with school.
I'd like better answers from other people who wouldn't call me a "lazy ass", and people who don't put spaces in before their periods.

There is virtually no curve at all to Scrapebox. Buy it, set it up, pop on the forum and find a tutorial. Go to town. For what is has to offer, it is one of the best 'bang for your buck' pieces of seo software I have ever seen marketed...

But I just want to know how long that takes. I hardly have time for IM, since I'm at school a lot and I have bunches of homework. That doesn't mean I'm going to give up, trust me. It's quite a career going on here, and I'd like to do it more.

The thing is, I want to know how hard it is to learn SB and how long? Will it be better to buy NHSEO first or SB?

NHS and SB are two different tools.

NHS - set it and forget it for blog comments

SB - more of a swiss army knife that does blog commenting along with many other things

To your point... Scrapebox can be usable after a few minutes of looking at the tutorials. There are plenty of Scrapebox Tutorials here on BHW and download Ultimate Scrapebox Advantage from the download section. As noted above Scrapebox and NHSEO are two completely different tools. I would go with Scrapebox first and put in a few hours of studying.

I would say that if you could put an hour a day into studying Scrapebox for a whole week, you should have a pretty good grasp of what you can do with it. After that, you don't really need to invest a lot of time into it's operation. Just set it, let it do it's thing, and keep trying new things as you go.

So which do you suggest I buy first? I will eventually buy the two of them, but my plan is to get NHSEO first to start bringing backlinks once again to my websites. I will earn a bit of money until either summer or april-may, then buy SB to learn while it's break time or something.

And yes, I know the difference between the two.

SB+1, and learn footprints, then NHSEO, so u can tweek NHSEO better.

Scrapebox is not too hard to learn if you just look up guides and tuts for it then start mixing in your own methods. :)

Hmm, that seems very simple. I can learn it quite easily. After all, I'm quite fond with software. :)

What I mean is adding footprints to it instead of using it as it is. It will gives you more power IMO

Okay, thanks.

So can we agree that I should buy SB first?
