Then the oil could be press more times and gets more oil,but it's of worst quality.

As family, we produce a small quantity of olive oil for our consumption. I can tell you from the difference in taste, that as HoNeYBiRD said, what gets in the store is usually "not so virgin most of the times" (at least in my experience). Still better than other oil though.![]()
