These days are hard since more and more people like to shut down sites that earn money that accidently or on purpose break "laws" about copyright.

Lets say i have a website on which i share and driver(software) which is free anyways for certain product . For example camera. Am i breaking the law , and how can i avoid copyright infringement ?
