Everyone makes me wonder if I really should.

How my heart aches,
How my spirit breaks,
When I hear what they say,
How it pains me everyday

I question my sanity,
In this bleak vanity...
For with time,
I wonder what was my crime?

Yet, the journey is long,
I may not be so strong.
Yet, I must go on,
It is darkest! Just before the dawn!

To everyone I will just say,
I am not giving up come what may,

At times I may cry,
