So is this new or have I missed something ?

It is not new... Use wordpress plugins to get these stars.

You're not talking about review stars from Google Shopping? Maybe you could post a screenshot?

Sounds interesting tried something similar a while ago and it didn't work. Hopefully this one will work now.
