Depends on the time/money you want to invest into this and of course the ROI. I would start gathering a bit more detailed information before I would make a descision if I were you. Just the standard stuff: domain age, quality of the links, high amount of edu/gov etc. But hey thats just me, there are probably lost of people on here that would not think twice if the money was good.
