url shortener + locking the content

Ok so i`m thinking in starting this new website
For url shortening but also to lock the "redirection" using a content locker.
So that visitor has to complete an offer in order to get to the original link location.
I`m posting here so i can get some ideas, features that you guys would like to see and that maybe are missing in the current websites like this on the web
Open to sugestions/cirticism

- Url preview
- adjust offers
- templates to choose from
- complete an offer or wait xxx minutes/seconds

Revenue sharing with the owner of the link, to give people a incentive to use the service.
A premium user service, where premium users don't have to complete offers to view the url.

EDIT: Maybe show one offer per day only to each visitor to keep it less annoying. Track using IPs and Cookies both.
