COD is a whole different genre. However, between LOR and Elder Scrolls, I would go with the latter.

COD MW 3 The best game

Just go to metacritic (most reviews are sum up here):
Skyrim 95/100 best game in a while (RPG), 8.9 user score - 100 to 300 hours campaign, no multiplayer
CODModernWarfare3 88/100 but 2.8/10 user score (FPS) -> remake of Modern Warfare 1-2, only 6hours campaign, multiplayer
LOTR 70/100 (hack&slash), 7.4 user score

If you like Skyrim's universe (Dragons, magic, warriors, etc), just go for it, it's a great adventure. If you are an absolute FPS fan, go for Battlefield3 or CoDMW3, you choose

Thats because theres too many idiots out there that don't realize its meant to finish the story line,its not a remake and its not the same old thing. It would be like saying the 3rd LOTR movie sucked and was a remake.

What about battlefield 3?

1. Face it.. MW3 is just a decent game.. very overhyped. Battlefield 3 is a far better shooter. These types of FPS are made for the multiplayer and MW3 is just a rehash of MW2.
2. I didn't know Lord of the Rings had a video game.
3. Skyrim is game of the year. Its insanely large, so many possibilities. So many places to go and things to do. I find myself working, thinking about Skyirum, and prior to this game I would only play games on the weekend, but this shit is addicting.

I played LOTR WIN and COD MW3,I like MW3 more because it was a shooter. Going to get Skyrim today and then BF3 next week. Last Elder Scrolls game I played was Morrowind and it was nice,but got boring after I killed most of the NPC's in the game, and couldn't finish any of the main quests.

Skyrim isnt just hours of gameplay ITS MONTHS by the time you beat it the next one will be out lol. -Best game ive got so far

I've played BF3 and just played Skyrim for an hour. Haven't played COD MW3 yet and won't play that LOTR game (looks too average to me)

So far i can say BF3 rocks! Way better than every COD game. Again, i cant compare yet with COD MW3, but i think with all the detailed vehicles, BF3 pawn COD MW3 anytime

BF3 is sooooo much better than MW3. I own both and I keep trying to play MW3 to get my money's worth and I cant go more than 2 matches without quitting out and getting back into a BF3 4 hour marathon.

COD MW3 is just epic and I don't even like COD, I much prefer BF but MW3 which I have played is really top notch stuff.

yea, i put gaming after making bank. but since i'm making bank passively now, i game all i want.


cod is good if you are a console owner, and not really into too much complex gaming and you just want some fast killing and junk food type gaming.

BF3 is when you want a little bit more meat to your shooting, a bit more team play and in my opinion leads to more bad ass gaming moments.

skyrim is totally different, its fucking awesome, especially for PC. i'm playing it right now as my websites make me money!

Well you have a good point, but I like to think that gaming can improve your creativity, or even your intelligence.
I even heard that the game Portal 2 will be used in school: it's a game where you have to find some solutions in a 3D space to go forward in the game and to finish it.
There are some games where you have to be strategic to beat your competitors, or just be better.

I think what you learn in these games can help you find some new ways to make money, new solutions to beat your competitors in marketing

Waited in line for MW3, multiplayer is lame, well it gets boring after 10th prestige on mw2, so played it for a few hours. Only thing I like is spec ops.

Just bought Skyrim online should come in 1-3 days.

MW3 made $728 million in its first week,probably will hit a the $1 billion mark in a few days.

Dark Souls! If you like action rpgs like Skyrim you will like it, but it´s a lot harder.
