I just started watching it and I am on season 4. I love that show.

FUCK YEAH! but now that they climbed the ranks and defeated the cartel, i cant figure out where they are going to go with the plot. No cliffhanger for the season finale other then wtf will they do next. hope that wasnt a spoiler for you

Yeah but season 4 seems to have quite a bit of episodes. I am on Episode 5.
I think the cliff hanger is he has BROKEN BAD. He almost killed a child ON PUPOSE.. If that's not a cliffhanger I don't know what is. When Jesse figures out that Walt killed his girlfriend and future son.... It is going to be the ultimate battle.

Eerrrm, correction... Walt didnt kill his girlfriend. He watched her die and didnt do anything to save her. That doesnt mean he killed her.
OP - The episodes were fantastic. Cant wait for the new season.

Its in remission. BEST SHOW ON TV, one of the best at least. Next to dexter, walking dead, sons of anarchy, entourage.

I've been watching it for the last week, and it is one of the best tv shows I have ever seen. Its amazing how they made it so that they show all the consequences that Walt's choice to make drugs has caused.

Great show. And, I think in 'Breaking Bad', the cartel element is handled very well, 'Sons Of Anarchy', the cartel stuff is handled pretty sloppily, or just without much of an element of reality. Last week heavily armed cartel members were driving around backwoods California in Escalades and Hummers. It's a good show, which does involve some fairly heavy suspension of disbelief. I think cartel elements in tv/movies will become more prominent, (probably for the worst) as the incidents in Mexico gather more media attention nationwide/worldwide. As people who know about this stuff, much more then the average person/average tv watcher, we have to excuse the mistakes, as in any situation where something you are proficient in is dramatized for entertainment.
Yeah, it's a shame the series finale is coming up already. But then again, it's understandable. Not much they can do as far as story telling goes now that the main storyline has concluded.

Breaking Bad is one of those rare shows that everyone agrees is great.
My predictions for season 5: Jesse starts to "break good", Walter of course continues breaking bad. Mike returns from Mexico, teams up with Walter. Hank of course finds out about Walt, that's been a long time coming. Maybe we find out Mike knows Hank from his law enforcement days. Walter gets into it with the German conglomerate.
And the last scene will be Jesse killing Walter White.

I recall reading somewhere that the last season is like 13-14 episodes, I think. If I'm not mistaken, they're airing the first half this year, taking a few months break, then airing the second half during the fourth quarter/early 2013..Like they did with Walking Dead.
