I know that we have a bunch of hardcore programmers here on the forums so check it out! Microsoft has released pre-beta version of the upcoming Windows with some neat tools:

- Windows SDK for Metro style apps
- Microsoft Visual Studio 11 Express for Windows Developer Preview
- Microsoft Expression Blend 5 Developer Preview
- 28 Metro style apps including the BUILD Conference app

I myself want to support Windows 8 in all my software as soon as possible so it's great to get used to all the new stuff like Metro and Visual Studio 11.

For those who have an MSDN subscription you can now get your hands on the full version of Visual Studio 11 (yes, not express but FULL) and .NET Framework 4.5 Developer Preview.

That's cool. Maybe Windows Mobile can make a come back and compete with the iOS and Android developers.

Its look like Office 2007 xD

Yeah :/ Microsoft decided to add the Ribbon to Windows Explorer so everyone can enjoy it. I personally don't like it because it's just a waste of space but I guess that someone has to like it then :D
