i am just making an assumption here.

1. i get a list of all the english names on the internet. e.g. john, eric, ben

2. i am targeting people between the age of 26 to 35.

3. i am targeting people using free email service provide from singapore e.g. hotmail, yahoo and gmail.

4. i would use microsoft excel to generate a list of all possibilities

example.

john26@yahoo.com.sg
eric26@hotmail.com
ben26@gmail.com
john27@yahoo.com.sg
eric27@hotmail.com
ben27@gmail.com
john28@yahoo.com.sg
eric28@hotmail.com
ben28@gmail.com

eric35@hotmail.com
ben35@gmail.com

5. i would sign up a hosting account and register some cheap domains.

6. i would then blast emails to the entire list using the cheap domains as the sender.

of course there will be mail delivery failures but how do you think are the complications or problems of this email marketing method?
