Epic fail by a major energy company

IDK if you guys heard about the energy company cleco. They let their domain expire,and when my dad called them to pay the bill,they said they didn't know why it was down. And the only way to pay was by phone and they charged an extra $3.80 for that.

Its finally backup now but for a few days it was down.
