Welcome to my thread! Today, I will be teaching you how you can lose TONS of weight, become MORE HEALTHY, and MAKE MONEY! Just follow the simple steps below (in order). Success is guaranteed unless you bail and eat more fatty foods.
1. Get a Mini-Fridge and put 100+ Bottles of WATER into it. Keep some other water to the side.
2. Turn your Heaters on MAX (100 Degrease) - EVEN IF IT IS SUMMER!
3. Find the HOTTEST ROOM/Closet in your House. The hotter, the better
4. Put the Mini-Fridge (With Water) in that Room, as well as your computer, and everything that you need (NO FOOD!)
5. Lock yourself in that ONE ROOM. The Heat will cause you to become extremely hot, causing you to sweat a LOT, therefore you drink TONS of water to cool yourself down. SWEAT = BURNING CALORIES. WATER = HEALTHY.
6. While locked into that room, Go on BlackHatWorld and start making bank. Try every method on here until one works for you.
7. REPEAT.
YOU CANNOT COME OUT OF YOUR ROOM, EXCEPT FOR:
1. Sleeping. You can sleep in your own bed.
2. Eating Breakfast. Eat a healthy breakfast every mourning. You only need breakfast and water to live off of and stay healthy.
3. To get more water (refill your bottles!)
4. To use the bathroom - when I did this, I used the bathroom at least 12 times a day. My record: 18. Water: It makes you pee.
I done this for one week. Lost 15 pounds, and wasted my life on World of Warcraft and South Park. The good part: I'm an avid water drinker!
