How to Lose TONS of Weight, Become More Healthy, And MAKE MONEY!

Welcome to my thread! Today, I will be teaching you how you can lose TONS of weight, become MORE HEALTHY, and MAKE MONEY! Just follow the simple steps below (in order). Success is guaranteed unless you bail and eat more fatty foods.

1. Get a Mini-Fridge and put 100+ Bottles of WATER into it. Keep some other water to the side.
2. Turn your Heaters on MAX (100 Degrease) - EVEN IF IT IS SUMMER!
3. Find the HOTTEST ROOM/Closet in your House. The hotter, the better
4. Put the Mini-Fridge (With Water) in that Room, as well as your computer, and everything that you need (NO FOOD!)
5. Lock yourself in that ONE ROOM. The Heat will cause you to become extremely hot, causing you to sweat a LOT, therefore you drink TONS of water to cool yourself down. SWEAT = BURNING CALORIES. WATER = HEALTHY.
6. While locked into that room, Go on BlackHatWorld and start making bank. Try every method on here until one works for you.
7. REPEAT.

YOU CANNOT COME OUT OF YOUR ROOM, EXCEPT FOR:
1. Sleeping. You can sleep in your own bed.
2. Eating Breakfast. Eat a healthy breakfast every mourning. You only need breakfast and water to live off of and stay healthy.
3. To get more water (refill your bottles!)
4. To use the bathroom - when I did this, I used the bathroom at least 12 times a day. My record: 18. Water: It makes you pee.

I done this for one week. Lost 15 pounds, and wasted my life on World of Warcraft and South Park. The good part: I'm an avid water drinker!

Be careful my friend. If you have a metabolic imbalance, you can die. I am a physician and I can certified that. Don't think the body can be treat like you want it. Do you know that people may die if they lose weight too fast, yes this happens.

Do you know that water can be toxic if you take too much? Yes it is. You can drown in your own water.

A simple example: you are running and you need to take water because you are thirsty. There is a slight possibility that you take too much water and create an electrolyte imbalance. Be careful.

I figured this, but could never guess whats what. How much water would it actually take to kill you? I drink about 8-10 bottles per day.

That's no where near enough, you need to be consistently drinking water. Eventually it will flush out all your electrolytes and you can die. 8-10 is normal if you want to maintain healthy.

30 - 50 will kill you.

Dude thats just stupid do some exercise and eat healthy like a normal person.
 
partying lost me a lot of weight, going on 4 day seshes taking all sorts, will not make you rich though and may cause side effects! :P
 
I don't know if heat like that could somehow be harmful when exposed for long periods.
 
This like most "fads" is great for short term weight loss, but continue in that vain and you would crazy or just get completely bored...leading to you binging on just about everything! and putting the weight back on.
But I got to say pretty dedicated :D
 
I'm pretty sure that drinking too much water can lead to some major damage, so be careful with this.
 
Sell this on CLICKBANK as a weight loss method, seems all your buyers will be dead before applying for a refund. ;)

If you can't provide me a scientific study that this method works and/or pictures with you before and after that this is mostly BS.

I don't recommend anyone trying to do something like that.
 
This has got to be one of the most retarded threads I've ever read on BHW, and that's saying something. If you sweat, you lose kilos through water loss and dehydration, which you put straight back on as soon as you start drinking water again and rehydrating. This is basically what boxers and other competitive fighters do when they cut weight dramatically right before a fight.

If you just sit there sweating and drinking water, you will be continually replenishing the liquid that you lose in sweat, for no net change in weight.

There might be some small detoxification effect to start with, but I'm sure you're not going to be getting much work done if you're in a stifling hot room with no ventilation, sweating like a pig.

Exercise + healthy diet FTW.

You have got to be kidding me...

This is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard to do.

1. You are causing a lot of damage to your body by stuffing yourself in a hot room in the summer and turning the heat up to 100 degrees and sweating your ass off all day and not eating food.

2. You cannot live healthily just by eating breakfast and drinking a ton of water. You need to be constantly fueling your body with nutrients (healthy food) throughout the day to keep your metabolism running at it's peak and to stay healthy.

3. All you're losing is water weight from sweating (which ironically you're putting right back into your body by drinking 83 bottles of water a day). You're also losing muscle because when you don't feed your body what it needs, the first thing it uses for energy is muscle. Your body preserves fat when in starvation mode in case it needs it later.

4. Sweating doesn't burn nearly as many calories as a high-intensity workout does. Hell, I could probably walk around the block and burn more calories than I would by just sitting in my room sweating.

Here's an idea to lose bodyfat:

Get off your ass and go to the gym 3-4 days a week, eat healthy food (6-7 smaller meals a day), and drink a lot of water.

Being in shape isn't complicated by any means. It just takes planning, dedication, and knowledge. Just like making money online.
