Lame .. but mostly bs probably. The only copyright prosecutions are for show. No real applied pressure and not much to stand on legally (for the prosecution).

It is just a vehicle for trying to expand unconstitutional government powers, like seizing property without due process, this extra-territorial overreach, etc.
 
Use free hosting, free domains, cloak the source files properly so the hosting doesn't ban you, shorten your urls with services that allow editing at a later date (in case a domain gets busted) and live well! ;)
 
So only .com and .net can be seized by the U.S. government?
