Downloading uTube Vids & Using Them As Your Own

Quick question...

I want to get around 6-10 videos from uTube, compile them, add a watermark (my website) and put the video on my website...

Here is the problem (at least in my opinion)... Can't the person who made the original video, see my video and be like.. "Hey! Those people in the video are my friends, and I didn't give you permission to use it" ... And OKAY, so uTube deletes the video, I go and uploaded it on a different site... It gets deleted from it, then I go and uploaded on my own server! Cant those people then contact my server? Or some third-party company that will take legal actions?

Don't even worry about it OP, hundreds of thousands of videos are downloaded, watermarked, then reuploaded every day on youtube. x00,000's! I alone account for over 1k a day so it may even be in the millions/day.
