I had better start this by saying that while yes, I do own a fiverr clone, this ain't about that!!! I'm Pissed and need a rant before I shoot the bastards!!
I am so SICK and TIRED of these A**HOLES!
I had a year old account with 20 well performing gigs. Things were good, 3-4 sales a week, it served it's purpose. I had only made one withdraw in a year, so I had a good bit of cash sitting there and waiting to clear. I wake up one morning to check things....BAM! I'm banned. WTF for I wondered, quite loudly! I mail customer support and ask to have my acocunt unbanned or at least my money, their exact words were "Sorry, but are not unbanning accounts like that. Please see the TOS. You can contact us in 45 days for your money." .........
F'in A'Holes!! WTF did I do wrong?! I never got another email back from them, it's been four weeks.
The week before I was banned, an intern of mine had his personal account banned in about the same way. Honestly I kinda figured he probably did something wrong, it's not that I even thought he would do something against their TOS (he's not that kinda guy, a real white hat in shining armor sorta person), but your mind wants to trust the big company before the little guy. It's kinda psychological. After I saw how they did me, now I know the truth.
At this point I said "screw these guys, I can do better than this!" So I started my own gig site. If you've been in the Make Money section you've probably seen the thread this week so I won't get into that here. I decided I was done with fiverr and wasn't putting any more gigs on. I just needed to buy some things. Naturally I made a new account.
Yesterday I spent $25 on some gigs to advertise my new gig site to sorta test the waters. I woke up this morning, yet again to a banned account. This time the reason is somewhat evident. Their way of handling competitons is dirty and underhanded to say the least. But there goes $25, down the drain. What if I had spent $100? I ain't getting it back. I emailed "support" but They'll just tell me to go F myself and keep my money.
FIVERR SUPPORT ARE ALL A'HOLES WHO THINK THEY CAN PLAY GOD!
FIVERR ADMINS ARE TOTAL PRICKS!
FIVERR WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN! WHETHER A BUYER OR SELLER!
Question, how many people do you think actually wait 45 to 90 days to email them back and ask for $10, $20? They got it figured out!
