After taking some criticism from you all, I changed my site.

I took almost every criticism of the site from the last thread except for the, "your site fails hard take it down post." Well, the truth is, I guess it did fail hard.. But now I feel it is different and better to look at. I changed the background, changed the header, and added an intro post. Now, Could you all let me know... Bitter, or better?

Honestly, I almost closed the tab instantly. That site looks awful. It kind of looks like something some kid made on his basement computer back in 1997.

I also don't get the point of the site. I didn't find anything funny and was kind of trying to figure out the point of the site.

Sorry for sounding mean, but I'm being honest.
 
Im so lost. And how are you making money with this? Is this site some sort of Internet Meme I don't understand?

Well if you didnt understand the intro, then you are obviously stupid. Sorry, Im just being honest. Maybe you didnt read the intro..

I don't like the design but Im playing around with it. The design will get better
 
Hi I put a few suggestions on your last thread that I see you have taken into account, it does look better but it still doesn't look great. The problems I see with this whole project is

#1. Ranking? What is your keyword? You'd have an easier time if you had an exact match domain.
#2. Layout? Theres too much going on in your website, the colors do not complement well and it looks sloppy, sorry to say. I would not use that background.
#3. Concept? I really don't think its funny. I mean i get it- God created Albert Einstein who created the atomic bomb - Fear God Period. But it's just not that funny.

All in all. It's great to make a website to test the water and learn a bit but I personally think your project needs to be overhauled, rewritten basically. Good luck. :D

I am trying to get attention before I monetize anything.. I want people to want to go to it on their own accord while its new without being bombarded by ads

Think about all the Christians that will see some of these posts and be outraged!!! Fearing god is one of their main themes, Im making a funny out of it and that means they will be pissed

I just went back and read every word of the intro, and I understand it. I get that certain things are so powerful that they should be feared. Maybe you're a little slow, let me be as clear as possible with you.

You didn't hurt my feelings at all, you pissed me off. I tried giving you my honest opinion of your site and you called me stupid. You don't know me. you don't know sh*t about my life. you calling me stupid because I basically said your site design is horrible and I didn't get the concept is a pretty ignorant thing to do.

No but seriously. This isn't a joke site? Get rid of the entire background with the It clown. Make it either black or white. That alone will make your site 1000X more credible. I think I speak for nearly everyone when we say we thought this was a joke. We didn't really think this was a serious site.

When you open your website, it honestly looks like you tried to make the worst site possible. We are not trying to be rude, we are being absolutely serious. The message is not clear. People shouldn't have to read the entire introduction to understand the point of the website.

It really isn't clear if you are trying to stir up controversy, make a joke/meme site, be serious about fearing god etc.
 
I was being nice in my post before but after seeing some of your posts towards other members here I am going to tell you straight out-

The site is bad in every way and I am not trying to be hard on you, its no personal vendetta, its the truth. This site should be an example of what not to do. There are flaws not only in the site design but the whole idea. Long story short, I can't believe you have jr vip and you should start a new idea. :eek:

I called you stupid because you didnt get the concept, that is correct Mr. Genius. If you didnt get the concept that means you are stupid, granted you read the intro. period. There is no way around it. Im going to just leave it at that because I dont think people should be fighting on this wonderful forum that supplies us with so much useful information that actually helps us better our sites.. Unfortunatley there will always be people who want to be judgemental and rain on other people's parade because they dont have a parade to march in

HAHAHAHA. Thanks man that is some good critiquing. I know I am no designer, but Im trying the best I can which is why I have you guys to be constructive. Thank you sir. :)

But why? I am asking in all seriousness. Is it making fun of Christians, or is it trying to make Christians mad in order to laugh at them? You say that as if it is good for Christians to be outraged at you. Is that because you want to create a buzz because of the outrage? Not knocking you, just trying to understand.

Take a minute and read the other responses in this thread. It's not just me saying it, everybody is basically saying the same thing, your website, with it's current design, using it's current concept, sucks.

I didnt call you stupid because you didnt think its funny man how many times do I have to try to explain this? I called you stupid because you didnt understand the concept. Regaurdless of whether any of you all think it is funny or not, instead of saying my site sucks, and I know this to be true because everyone is telling me it is, could you please offer something constructive so I can turn this not funny site into the best not funny site it can be? Please stop arguing with me... I hate arguing... Its futile and nothing gets accomplished by doing it
 
How about different kinds of pets wearing different colored hats? That would be 100% better.

I kinda like that, its light and funny, not overbearing and sucky. Ill look to see what I can find.. Thank you
