Using Affiliates?

I'm just wondering if anyone was selling a product, and was having affiliates to help them sell the product for X% of the product? If so, how did it go?

Works great in theory but you have to have an awesome product, sales page and payout otherwise you will have real trouble finding decent affiliates. Less than 10% of affiliates who sign up will actually send you any appreciable amount of traffic. You've also got to have your fraud protection up to scratch because there are tons of carders / other scammers out there.
