Kaspersky Question (Fullscan / Object Scan / Vulnerabilty Scan)

I am using Kaspersky 2010 and am currently doing a Full-scan on my laptop. There is an option for an Object scan and a Vulnerabilty scan. Are these covered by the Full scan or should I run these seperate after the Full scan?

Vuln scan is something totally different. Basically tells you some settings that can be changes such as disabling Autorun features (CDROM, Removable storage), some IE preferences, etc...

Not sure about object scan since I dont remember it.
