HAHA Whats funny is dp banned cookie stuffing talk on their forum and its owner has being doing it for years.

If it's true they're in deep shit. I hope it's true ROFL.

I'm glad dp got caught, fuck dp, but this makes cookie stuffing ebay a little more risky

I think his punishment should be to monitor all the sales threads on his own forum for the next 12 months. Holy shit, after moderating a few 18 page threads of people looking for instructions, videos, testimonials and proof of earning possibilities before "taking the plunge" on a $6 wp plug-in would probably make him opt for jail time.

thats so true, ive tried to sell stuff there, but its not worth a million pms over a $5 item

One thing I learned a long time ago is that as soon you think you're smarter than everybody else, THAT's when you get busted or get your ass handed to you.

"Time to be careful" is dead nuts accurate. You may think you're getting away with it, but there just may be someone on the other end taking very detailed notes to hang you with the whole time.

fuck bay their board is full of people who didnt make enough being legit on this magic number they have, but if you make to much they wanna cancel you to, they have no idea what they want over there, new ceo, people leaving, now lawsuits, something is hurting on the books over there, and their quarter prob is coming up and they need to stuff the books by throwing out lawsuits hoping one will hook and reel in

Didnt you see Ebays trend? Look at their traffic stats. They have 10 million LESS customers visiting Ebay in the last 1yr alone. No wonder they are hurting and that stupid bitch (Meg Whatshername), she ought to be fired and then bitch slapped.

yea i see them losing sellers by the dozen, so they are passing the cost cutting down to the aff, they know most have 1000 of links out there, that taking it down could take some time, so its free traffic, free sales, and they strongly believe they have a name brand in which they do that like amazon the return visit or the type in traffic is enough that one dont need a affiliate to send the traffic, so lets say everyone who sends $1k or less a month we will shut down, the affiliate in all aspect is getting fucked, 24hr cookies fuck come on, then bs sales as 1% damn corner store makes more selling shit paper then i did on a 3k purchase, if you look at that its fraud on their end, all those affiliates who were cut for no reason except their algo cut random people should class action them based on fraud, they decieved them on asking them to put up links on as many sites as possible, then cancel their account create more work for them to take down those links, which equals more downtime which equals more loss of wages, etc, dont put your eggs in one basket is the lesson but when you have a big basket with alot of eggs its a bitch to rumble thru the eggs to find which ones to take out

In all seriousness though, why are people so worried about getting sued by Egay? You're not going to Jail and you're probably never going to even hear anything about it unless you stuff a forum with hundreds of thousands of daily visitors. If you do.. that's your own problem then.

People worry too much.. so let's say you do stuff them and make a 1k-2k/monthly or even weekly profit, if they find out the most they will do is ban you.. I doubt a multi-billion dollar corporation is going to take the time to sue someone making a couple of grand a week.

The rich stuffers got sued because they deserved it.. take things in moderation. Hasn't history taught us anything? When we let greed get the best of us.. it never works out in your favor Look at Scarface.

That's what i was curious about too. I started searchign and reading to see what exactly they were doing that got them caught, and saw this suggestion a couple times. Were they actually stuffing the fucking forum? Haha.

Problem is that is is right on the mark and everything that eBay says is 100% accurate!

When eBay wins this lawsuit and I suspect that it will, case law and decisions will be used against others in a similar manner and with the full force of law behind them, eBay will pick out a few individual cookie stuffers to go after, just to ram home the point!
