Famous does not always mean you are rich. Lot's of famous people blow their wad and are left poor and famous.

Most rich people are not famous (like business men). The people who are "rich and famous" is a small minority of rich people. Also there are some people who is "famous" but is poor. (like those actors/singers who are one-time hit "wonders")

I would rather be rich and enjoy my life than famous. I don't need stalkers following me.
Anyway once you're rich you can always pay your way to fame if you want it so bad (A example is Paris Hilton)

I don't find Paris Hilton "hot", I think she has the looks of a ordinary-looking girl that just happens to be decorated with make-up, money, and jewelry. If those 3 things are taken away I doubt there would be as many people saying she's hot.

I don't think i'd ever want to be famous on my actual name. If anything i'd be an alias like "The Edge" or "The Rock" or "The Blob". The prefix 'The' would be mandatory and essential for my fame.
