“Norden” or in English, Northern Countries include Norway, Sweden Denmark, Island, Åland, Føroyar and Grønland.

If you want a citizenship, then you should check out Sealand, it was up for sale last year and Piratebay wanted to buy it.

I wish dual citizenship was this cheap. The only "real" citizenship that you can buy is to St. Kitts, at a price tag of around 250K, but you get a house for the money.
