I was going to buy an membership from a website but after I choose "Pay with Paypal" and put Romania and after login to paypal I get >>>

At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to ClickBank and try another option.

I've searched on Google and It seems that I am the only one that gets this kind of message . Any help?
EDIT:Actually saw another fellow romanian that experimented this problem @ Post at DP

Well, you have searched and found that you are the only one that gets this kind of message. Then why are you talking about the whole Romanians????

But anyways , what can be the problem?

I dont know about CB, buy Paypal hates romanians for sure. They closed 3 Paypal accounts without any reason to do so.

I haven't had any problems with PayPal ..in 2 years
