Help! Need help with some creative documentation urgently!

Hi guys, I gotta little problem. Paypal has limited one of my 'extra' accounts until I can upload a copy of a utility bill. The account is an Indian one. Anybody help here? A photoshop whiz perhaps. Got a fair bit of cash (for me at any rate) about to plop into this account. Any help gladly rewarded....
