Establishing A profitable incent site

Hey guys without giving out any details how many of you would pay for a turnkey incent site with all incent offers so no risk in getting banned making $1500 bucks a month profit?

How much would you be willing to pay?

Assuming there is proof of income of course.

Depends on how exclusive it is. If not many being sold probably around $500 mark. And if its sold indefinately then no more then $150 ish. IMO

Yeah if under 5 copies 500$ would be acceptable. But over that isshhh 150 is the max I would pay.

Although these type of site can be put up with about 5 hours work in Joomla. But when you GF is on your ass cause you spending too much time on the computer 500$ or 150$ is nothing to get her to stop ranting! It's actually 500$ for the website or 500$ for her to go shopping for a few hours !!

My main concern would be how long it would last. A lot of these sites seem to dwindle off after the first three to six months as most of the hardcore incetivsers go through the program and leave.

Something like this assuming it's completely legit can sell for top dollar at SitePoint. You could probably get at least $10,000 for it.

No proof of income, we have to do all promoting and everything else, you are just selling the bare site ...

Yup. $5000- $10,000 easily on site point.

What am I missing? No one is going to buy a turnkey site for $5K - $10, are they??

It is turnkey, so he can be blowing smoke up our ass with his $1500 a month.

Not trying to be a jerk, just curious if people would really pay this much, because if they will, I will start developing some.

Well $5k - $10k is beyond what I would pay, but if someone on SP wanted to pay that then damn that is nice

. I like the idea of an incent site though if it was maintainable. Repeat income is good.....

It looks like people think you are selling a turnkey script, but it sounds like you're selling an established site.

There are a lot of details that go into pricing a site, but 1 yrs revenue is a starting point. So if everything on the site is legit and established you could get 18k+ for it.

Everyone be careful here. Revenue Venue has yet to pay any of its members. Just go check the forums there. The admin refuses to answer any questions or emails from its members and is now overdue on payments. I am sure it is a profitable site for the owner because they are keeping all of the money and not paying its members. Also go to http://www.gptboycott.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19063
and read the complaints there as well.

Thanks for the great observation myparadox i have paid some members but I will not be paying the rest until i get the comission checks and the members of revenue revenue are aware of that.
