byehost question about subpages

I have byehost and loaded a main page I have created subpages so I can upload other sales pages html for some reason every time i try to access this pages I keep getting a password request I have change the permissions to reflect that of the main page any using this hosting company that could tell me how to set the access properly for my other sites to show?
