I'm looking to begin doing some advertising through banner ads on high traffic sites. Not looking to start with too much of a large budget...about 3k per month with a few initial days of testing. What's the best network to get into that has relevant placements, cheap costs, and of course provides completely legit traffic + stats?

I'm looking to promote a video optin page in order to begin building a list.

My opinion, they (sitescout) try to keep things on the up and up but they face fraud issues just like all of us.

They have some big name websites on their network, oprah and others, so they can burn through your spend just as fast as you want.

Are they a reputable network? I think so, I have an account there. Will you make money using them? Who knows...

Sitescout (best IMO)

Clickbooth CPC (fairly new. less comp. invite only now i believe)
Adsonar (huge success there b4. high comp now tho it seems)
