Inc is the first step, also get private domain registration (obvious) and a PO Box.
Separate it all from you as a person as much as you can - for legal, tax, and personal reasons
Hopefully you chose a good brand, because from there you have to use your marketing tactics and skills. Really depends on the Brand. If its controversial, could catch on right away, if its a new version of a new product, youll need more money to enter the market.
Remember simple economics for buidling your inc and brand:
New niche altogether = cheapest option (on relative scale) for you to enter
More saturated the niche the more expensive it is to get into
Brain storm some ideas, if you haven't already, or just go to the gym and let one come to you. You'll know how to build your brand if you have the right idea that fits you
AND DO IT!There is nothing that feels as good as spending tax free money and writing it off come tax season as an "entertainment" expenditure.
